As an option, your Conklin Clinics provider can, on request, apply a numbing cream to the target area to guarantee optimum comfort during the treatment. This cream will be left to set for 30-45 minutes before being gently removed.
After your injector marks the treatment areas, they will inject Skinvive below the skin. A needle is used in the procedure, but patients experience only minor discomfort.
You may experience slight swelling after your procedure. A cold compress can be used immediately after injection to reduce swelling. Sunbathing and cold outdoor activities should be avoided immediately after the treatment.
