Intravenous (IV) Vitamin Drips are the fastest way to deliver vitamins, minerals, and amino acids directly to the body. The vitamins are directly infused into your bloodstream resulting in increased absorption.
When a person receives an IV vitamin treatment, they are receiving a liquid mixture of vitamins and minerals through a small tube inserted into a vein. This allows the nutrients to be absorbed quickly and directly into the bloodstream, a method that produces higher levels of the vitamins and minerals in their body than if they received them from food or supplements.
IV vitamin therapy can be customized. The patient will be asked about their health history.
The duration of the IV will be infused over 45-60 minutes and take place within our medical office with a licensed medical professional observing the infusion.
Blood clots, vein irritation, and inflammation are the potential risks when receiving an infusion. Air embolisms can also be introduced through an IV line, which could cause a stroke.
