Functional health is individualized to the patient. Our providers combine different modalities to help address your health concerns and keep you overall healthy. Functional health starts with an office visit where our providers work with you to incorporate lifestyle modification, vitamins, prescriptions, testing, and/or hormone therapy.
You can expect exceptional care from the staff and providers at our clinic. Our office visits are submitted to your insurance. Some of our treatment modalities are covered by insurance and others are cash-pay services. Our providers will work with you to formulate a treatment plan to address all of your health concerns.

You will review your medical history, health concerns, and health goals. Your provider will prescribe any necessary testing, medications, vitamins, etc.
Continue to work with your provider to address any new concerns and track your progress.
The insurances that are participating include, Aetna-behavior health, Avera Health Plans, Cigna, Dakotacare, First Choice, Midlands Choice, Railroad Medicare, Medicare, Sanford Health, Tri-Care, and Wellmark BCBS.
